Chemical wash cleans the coils and filters with chemical solution while the unit stays mounted. Chemical overhaul is a full teardown — every part is removed, soaked, and scrubbed individually. Overhaul is recommended for units with severe smell, mould, or that haven't been serviced in over a year.
Usually it's low refrigerant gas (needs a top-up), dirty evaporator coil, or a faulty compressor. Our technician will diagnose the exact issue on-site and give you a quote before any repair.
Diagnosis is included with any booked service. If you need a standalone inspection without committing to a repair, a nominal visit charge of RM 50 applies — which gets deducted if you proceed with the repair.
