Our Process
What Happens On Installation Day
A proper install takes time. We don't rush the vacuum — that's the step most cowboy installers skip.

Site assessment
Check wall type, pipe routing, electrical point, and outdoor unit placement before drilling anything.

Bracket & indoor unit mounting
Wall bracket secured to stud or raw plug. Indoor unit level-checked before tightening.
3
Copper piping & trunking run
Correct pipe size for BTU rating. PVC trunking fitted cleanly — not just taped to the wall.
Up to 3m included · extra per metre after

Outdoor unit placement & connection
Condenser placed with proper clearance. Pipes and cables connected and insulated.
5
Full vacuum & leak test
Vacuumed for minimum 20 minutes before releasing gas. Pressure held and checked — no shortcuts.
6
Test run & handover
Unit powered on, cooling confirmed, remote paired. We walk you through the settings before leaving.
