45 to 60 minutes per unit. For 2–3 units one technician usually takes around 2 hours. For larger jobs we may send 2 technicians to finish faster.
We cover this under our 30-day warranty. WhatsApp us and we'll send a technician back at no extra cost to diagnose. If the issue is low gas or a faulty part, we'll quote you separately — but the revisit is free.

No call-out fee when you book a service. If you need a diagnosis only (no service), a RM 50 inspection fee applies — which is deducted if you proceed with any repair or service on the same visit.
Yes, if you WhatsApp before 2PM we can usually fit you in the same day. Slots fill up fast during school holidays and hot weather — book early to secure your slot.
