Yes to both. We're SST-registered and issue full tax invoices for all commercial work. Purchase orders from your finance or procurement team are accepted — we'll match POs against invoices and provide monthly consolidated statements if needed.
Most clients choose a 12-month contract with quarterly servicing. You get a fixed per-unit rate (from RM 35), priority 24-hour repair response, and monthly consolidated invoicing. Chemical wash and gas top-ups outside the scheduled service are quoted separately at contract rates. We send you the calendar upfront so you know every visit for the year.
Yes. Most of our commercial work is done before opening, after closing, or on weekends — whenever it keeps your staff and customers unaffected. There's no premium charged for standard weekend hours; late-night (post-10PM) may attract a small out-of-hours fee, discussed upfront.
Contract clients get guaranteed dispatch within 24 hours of reporting an issue — most cases we're on-site the same day. Your account manager has direct WhatsApp access, so no going through a call queue. For non-contract clients we still prioritise commercial calls but response depends on availability.
